Pay attention!!!

- After Guests actions in chat we have cutted available actions for group "Guest";
- Most attention we are paying to "spam users" wich has spam in signature or advertisment,all of them will be delated and blocked
(This actions will be doned on most of our "Firends Sites")
- Respect our user and rulles!
